Here are some of the recent ICF projects we have handled in the southeast.

Follow our latest project in Montezuma, GA the Bliven home a 4000 sq ft Geothermal ICF basement home being built using the SpeedFloor system. This slab was poured using the Fab Form system, you find the link on the link page.

Here are the pictures of the house just pumped in Barney, GA. It is about 4150 sq ft and took 58 not 68 yds. of concrete. there were no problems.

This is a 1400 Sq. Ft. commercial office in St. Simons Island that was done with Nudura about 16 months ago. It has "real stucco" applied to the blocks. It has a crawl space w/wood floor system in place. The owner "didn't want to have to have to pack up all his records" every time they get an evacuation notice. The windows are "impact resistant" windows. You can see the "Anchor Hanger System" being used to install the floor system.

Duplex in Hagen, GA. Finished in five days using Nudura forms, started 4/15/05 occupied in 90 days. Rented both units first week after the open house.
