This project is a walkout basement home being built in Montezuma Ga. It is being built using some if not all of our services. This is a ICF house with radiant heat, in concrete floors in the basement and first floor. The first floor is being built using SPEEDFLOOR, check out the Speedfloor page. The heat and AC will be supplied using our TERRALink Geothermal system. which has a by-product being free hot water when the system runs. The exterior walls above grade will be finished with Grailcoat. The home will have decorative concrete floors and concrete countertops, done by SIE Systems Decorative Concrete
