The glue leaves no stain on the floor. This is important for two reasons. One because of the radiant heat, nothing can be nailed to the floor. Also the owner is having acid stained floors, and can't have stains from the glue. Once the Speedfloor has been poured, the below grade foam will be treated with a water proofing product, then back filled. A load of sand will be brought in to back fill around the below grade end of the house. The above grade or exposed ICF will be finished with a stamp concrete finish.
